Bring The Grind to Your Town

4 min read

The best part of The Grind isn't the coffee — it's how repeatable it is. If your community has young people who need somewhere to belong (and every community does), you can start one. Here's what it takes.

What you actually need

  1. A room. A church hall, a community space, a donated storefront — anywhere warm with a few tables and power for a coffee maker.
  2. A few caring adults. People willing to show up consistently, keep the space safe, and remember names.
  3. A standing invitation. Same night, every other week, so it becomes something young people can count on.

The support you get

You don't start from a blank page. We equip and certify leaders with a proven model: how to run a night, keep it safe, handle the music and message, and build a team of young people who own it. Leader training is free, and youth-protection and safety come first.

How it starts

It begins with a conversation. Tell us your name, your town, and a little about the young people you want to reach. We'll walk you through training and help you launch a chapter under the same brand and standards — with guidance the whole way.
